For the third consecutive year, DigiQuest Studio is offering a competitive award for a first-rate independent film (feature/ short/ documentary) that is selected by DigiQuest Jury.
DigiQuest is committed to promoting independent digital filmmaking round the world. As part of this effort, DQ is offering a prize (equivalent to a value of $50,000) to the winning filmmaker for conversion from digital to 35mm.
The conversion service award is valid for one year from the date of its
presentation, and can be applied to either the winning film or a future project. The winner does have an option to decline the award if he/she does not want to shoot on digital or has no plans to make a film within the stipulated time frame. In such case, the conversion is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash value.
